STRETCH & BALANCE – A LOW IMPACT EXERCISE CLASS!
Tuesday mornings at 10 a.m. come join our amazing friends for Silver Strength Training!!
Whether you exercise from a standing or seated position, we will motivate you to becoming the best you can be.
We use resistance bands, some weights will be added starting April 1st (by choice). We work on gaining muscle strength, as well as, stretching and elongating our muscles.
We add light cardio – low impact to our routines. Improving our balance is also part of our weekly class. I like to change up the class every week. It’s a relaxed atmosphere
and everyone is friendly and welcoming.
