Medicare Phone Counseling Available During the Pandemic
 
Will you be New to Medicare? Are you on Medicare and have questions or issues regarding your coverage? HICAP Services of Northern California is a special non-profit program of Legal Services of Northern California. We provide free and unbiased information to Medicare beneficiaries with questions about Medicare benefits, help with out-of-pocket costs and related healthcare insurance options. If your income has dropped and you have Medicare, there are programs to pay for some of Medicare’s costs for Part B premiums and Part D (Rx drug coverage).

We want to remind those with Medicare and those that care for them, that though we are not offering in-person counseling during the COVID-19 Pandemic, staff and registered and trained volunteer counselors are still available for phone counseling.

To schedule a FREE HICAP phone counseling appointment for South Placer County please call 916-376-8915, and for North Placer County call 530-889-9500.  We are available to take your calls Monday – Friday, 9am – 4pm.
