Balance, Strength and Stability

​Debbie Thompson comes from an independent senior living facility of 800 residents where she taught multiple group classes every week. She also performed one-on-one personal training helping seniors with all ranges of abilities and limitations.  Her certifications include: Personal Training, Group Class and CDC Fall Risk.  She is passionate and experienced in helping seniors and her expertise is in creating exercise programs that work with each person's individual strengths and needs.  She guides you along with positive feedback, energy and encouragement which will effectively help you move better and feel better!  

Please join her in her new class "Balance, Strength and Stability" here at the Auburn Senior Center on Thursdays at 10:00.
